A rich and creamy iced coffee recipe that combines strong coffee with sweetened condensed milk, cream, and a hint of vanilla and cinnamon for a smooth, café-quality treat at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) freshly brewed strong coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
  • Optional add-ins: splash of almond milk or caramel syrup

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup (240 ml) of strong coffee using your preferred method and let it cool to room temperature (about 10 minutes).
  2. In a blender, combine 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk or cream, 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Blend briefly for 10-15 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  3. Add the cooled coffee and 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes to the blender. Blend again for 20-30 seconds until the ice is crushed and the mixture is cold and creamy.
  4. Pour the creamy iced coffee into a tall glass and optionally sprinkle a tiny pinch of cinnamon on top for garnish.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sweetened condensed milk or flavored syrup if desired. For a lighter version, stir in extra milk.

Notes

Cool coffee before blending to avoid dilution. Blend briefly to maintain creamy texture. Sweetened condensed milk is key for smoothness and sweetness. Can be made dairy-free by substituting coconut or almond milk and using maple syrup instead of condensed milk.
