  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 45 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half. Peel and slice the banana into chunks.
  2. Add strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into the blender.
  3. Add 4 to 5 ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Adjust thickness by adding more milk or ice cubes as needed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or chill by adding honey or more ice cubes if desired.
  6. Pour into a glass or mason jar and serve immediately. Garnish with a strawberry slice or banana chip if desired.

Notes

Use ripe fruit for natural sweetness. Frozen strawberries can be used instead of fresh. For dairy-free, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt and milk with plant-based milk. Add chia seeds or flaxseed for extra fiber. Avoid overblending to maintain texture.
