A simple, creamy, and spiced cold brew coffee topped with a velvety pumpkin cream that tastes like fall in a glass. Ready in under 5 minutes with everyday ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk vigorously or use a hand frother until smooth and slightly thickened (like thick pancake batter).
  2. Fill a tall glass almost to the top with ice cubes.
  3. Pour cold brew into the glass, filling about three-quarters full, leaving room for the cream.
  4. Gently spoon or pour the pumpkin cream over the back of a spoon onto the cold brew to create a layered effect.
  5. Serve immediately. Stir before drinking.

Notes

Cream cheese must be at room temperature to avoid lumps. For a dairy-free version, use full-fat coconut cream and dairy-free cream cheese. The pumpkin cream can be made up to 3 days ahead and stored in the fridge; whisk in a splash of milk before using.
