A quick and easy s’mores dip made with melted milk and dark chocolate chunks topped with toasted marshmallows, perfect for cozy gatherings or late-night cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (170g) mixed milk and dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 ½ cups marshmallows (about 40 small or 20 large, halved)
  • 1 sleeve (120g) graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon (14g) melted butter
  • Pinch of sea salt (about 1/8 teaspoon, optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set to broil.
  2. Lightly butter the bottom and sides of an 8-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  3. Scatter 1 cup of mixed milk and dark chocolate chunks evenly across the bottom of the skillet.
  4. Top the chocolate with 1 ½ cups of marshmallows, spreading them evenly. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and drizzle vanilla extract over the top if using.
  5. Place the skillet in the oven. Bake at 425°F for 5-7 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown and puffed, or broil about 2-3 minutes watching carefully.
  6. Check that the marshmallows are toasted and the chocolate underneath is melted and gooey.
  7. Remove from oven carefully and serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

Rotate skillet halfway through baking if marshmallows brown unevenly. If chocolate is not fully melted, bake another minute but watch closely to avoid burning marshmallows. Best served warm and fresh. Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 2 days and reheated gently in a low oven. Avoid microwave reheating to preserve marshmallow texture.
